Drinking enough water is really important, and not just when your wrapping, but every single day!
The Importance of Drinking Water with It Works Body Wraps
Did you know your brain is 90% water, your body is about 70% water, and your blood and the cells of your body contain water? Your body needs water to function properly.
How much water should you drink?
Most suggest that you take your body weight in pounds, divide it in half and that is how many ounces is optimal for you to drink every day. Use the simple scale in the photo I’ve created for you.
If you would like you can add fresh squeezed lemon or lime, a few sprigs of fresh mint, cucumber or sliced ginger. Drink your water!
